Please note that Wedal Road, Ninian Road, Shirley Road and Lake Road West will closed from Friday 21st June from 19:00hrs to Sunday 23rd June 22:00hrs due to road works on the roundabout.

As a result the following diversions will be put in place:-

Service 28 & 29 (Full duration of closure)

Some buses will use different city centre stops from 1.30pm until last bus.

"I'll Be There For You"

We will run a shuttle bus to the City Stadium on Wednesday the 12th of June for the Bon Jovi concert.

The bus will operate from stand JR on Wood Street (the same stand as the 95) to the City stadium every 30 minutes from 15:30 to 20:00, and then back to the city centre after the end of the concert.

The 95 service will also serve the stadium every 20 minutes. Click here for a list of times.

 

Travelling to the concert with friends? Ask the driver for a group iff ticket which entitles 4 people to travel for £6!

Day to go tickets are £3.40 in the Cardiff and Penarth fare zones and £4.60 across Cardiff, Penarth and Barry.

Changes to services from 21 July

Following a review on our current routes and times, some changes are being introduced from the 21st of July.  These changes have been made to improve our services and overall punctuality and to match our resources to demand. 

1 & 2: Route revised to operate via Dumballs Road and not Bute Street in addition on Mondays to Fridays journeys are diverted to serve Ocean Way Business Park throughout the daytime.  Timetable revised to focus timings for workers and visitors to Heath Hospital.  Clickhere to preview new timetable.

Cardiff Bus updates

Diversions will be in place due to road closures for the Rihanna concert at the Millennium Stadium on the 10th of June.

Some buses will use different city centre stops from 1.30pm until last bus.

Buses to the west of the city
12/13 (to Ely), 17/18, 25, 33/33A/33B, 60, 61, 62/62A, 95, 96, 101/102, X91
will start and finish in Tudor Street

Buses to the north of the city
21/23, 24, 27, 28, 29/29B, 30, 51/53, 85/86
will start and finish in Greyfriars Road

Buses to the east of the city
11/12/13 (to Tremorfa), 35/36, 38/39, 44/44B/45/48B, 49/50, 52/52A, 55, 57/57B, 58/58B, X59
will start and finish in Churchill Way

Buses to the Bay and Penarth
baycar will operate Friday/Saturday night diversions
8/9/9A will start and finish in Canal Street
