End of the line for Target Travel service 14

From the last bus on Friday evening, the route will be handed over to Plymouth Citybus. This route will STOP serving Stoke Village and will serve Torpoint Ferry (Plymouth)/Pottery Quay instead, the route is going to take 2 hours start to finish.
