No down escalator service between Monument station and the DLR platforms until late June. Access to the DLR is via two sets of fixed stairs and a subway link. This route is not suitable for those with luggage or pushchairs. Please use either the step-free lift from King William Street to the DLR platforms or take the District line to Tower Hill and then change for the DLR from Tower Gateway.
Stratford
There will be no lift access to the Jubilee line concourse until early June due to planned maintenance work.
For northern ticket hall and Westfield, please use alternative lifts that will bring you out opposite subway where step-free access is available to Westfield.
